There is always a bit of a "grey area" when we try to explain the series to someone in terms of how to categorize it in photographic terms. We sometimes say mixed media or photo-illustration. Making the distinction about the particular type of media we are working in is not that important to us, but we understand that it is often needed when explaining our work to others ."
